October Sales Announced
Nissan North America Inc. reported sales for October 2009 at 60,115 units, an increase of 5.6 percent compared to October 2008 where 56,945 units were sold. Nissan division sales rose 7.7 percent while Infiniti vehicle sales were 9.3 percent lower than a year ago.Nissan Highlights
- Nissan vehicle sales in October are 53,664 units. thats a 7.7 percent increase compared to October of last years sales at 49,833 units.
- A sales increase of 97.2 percent for the Nissan Armada, 67.6 percent increase for the Titan and a 48 percent increase in sales for the Frontier. Nissan Sentra sales increased 39.3 percent the 370z sales rose 59.1 percent and the Maxima sales increased 5.8 percent.
Infiniti Highlights
- October 2009 Infiniti sales were 6,451 units a drop in 9.3 percent from last years sales of 7,112 units.
- G Coupe sales rose 45.6 percent compared with last year in October 2008.
- The Infiniti QX56 posted sales at a 42.6 percent increase last month.
